Do we have local brokers who can trade foreign markets - liyam - 08-13-2011

I've been wondering about it since 2 yrs ago. Do we have any online stock broker firms who can trade in other foreign markets such as US, AU, and HK?

Currently, local trading lang ginagawa ko pero I'm up to target foreign markets naman.

Hi...Local lang din ako, although I am not sure kung meron sa mga local online stock brokers natin na nag-o-offer ng access to foreign markets that you mentioned.

One way to do it, I think, is to contact the online brokers listed sa PSE website:

1. AB CAPITAL SECURITIES, INC.
2. ACCORD CAPITAL EQUITIES CORPORATION
3. BPI SECURITIES CORPORATION
4. CITISECONLINE.COM., INC.
5. F. YAP SECURITIES, INC.
6. FIRST METRO SECURITIES BROKERAGE CORPORATION

Or, meron akong na-google, hindi nga lang local broker na Philippine-based, but it gives access to virtually any investor from any country to invest in US equities, etc. Eto siya: https://global.etrade.com/gl/products-services/open-an-account

Sorry, couldn't help much Smile.

^ I have a friend from etrade. Pwede daw pinoy.

Kung gusto mo US equities try mo interactivebrokers. Various financial markets in one account ang tag line nila. hehe

thanks thanks Smile

parang nahihirapan kasi ako isipin about creating accounts with foreign brokers. parang effort maglipat ng funds unlike what I normally do with firstmetro. with just a few clicks and in less than 10mins sa online banking, nakalipat na yung funds sa firstmetro.

I checked boom.com, mukang OK sya kaso, Hong Kong based. hirap kasi mag asikaso ng documents to submit pag sa ibang bansa
