The base of the rounding top is at 0.50. Why buy at 1.10, or am I missing something?

RE: RFM - RFM Corporation - rong6779 - 06-29-2011

i already saw a divergence in the rsi boss, and macd is diverging already, i think this stock will bounce because inflation tempered already.

+some insider buying hehehe

RE: RFM - RFM Corporation - muscleman - 06-29-2011

rong, rsi is not positively divergent. MACD is, but this phenomenon sometimes occurs in stocks that have trended down for quite some time.

Visually (volume at price), 1.25 is going to be a strong resistance in case of a bounce. Although 1.25 will give an 11% gross profit from 1.10, the risk-reward ratio for me is not attractive.

But then again, my rooster may be more greedy than the average pet; or more nervous, for that matter. Tongue

Good luck to those who would like to enter RFM.

I am not sure if RFM earnings for 2nd Quarter or the 1st Half will be greater than last year based on their disclosure last Quarter when they reported the income. Why? Shorter summer, high cost like gasoline, raw materials used etc...Also, they are not really increasing the prices of their products so most likely either flat or the same as last year or can be lower.

My gauge will be the increase on gasoline, sugar, flour etc. as they are the one being used for raw materials of RFM products.

To answer the question of Arthas as to where is our buy-back wala pa as of now. Just watching the show at RFM. Smile
