wag mo muna bitawan kasi sabi ni MVP nung stock holders meeting every year e-exceed nya un binibigay nila na cash dividend

I believe in the near future, MERalco will be giving out at least 10 pesos cash dividend per year... well, it is also possible that they will resume giving out STOCK dividends especially the earnings are in line if not exceeding the expected income

Lopez group sells more Meralco shares to Beacon Electric


LOPEZ-LED First Philippine Holdings Corp. has moved to sell a 2.66% stake in Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) to Beacon Electric Assets Holdings, Inc. for P8.85 billion, putting the Pangilinan camp in the position to control almost half of the distribution utility.
