SM property units record mixed results as of Sept.


PROPERTY SUBSIDIARIES of SM Investments Corp. posted mixed results as of September, with condominium builder SM Development Corp. (SMDC) reporting a double-digit hike in its nine-month income from year-ago levels while leisure estate developer Highlands Prime, Inc. widened losses.

SM allots record P56.8 billion for 2012 spending


PROPERTY-TO-BANKING group SM Investments Corp. (SMIC) yesterday said it will spend a record P56.8 billion in 2012, part of which would fund new malls locally and in China as it aims for steady profit growth.

SM Land bags SEC approval to hike capital stock to P2B


SM LAND, Inc. has bagged regulators’ approval to double its capital stock to P2 billion in line with growth plans, documents from the Securities and Exchange Commission showed.

SM is very aggressive right now. Share price should go up. The way I look at it, SM may take Gaisano's approach. Retail stores and supermarkets ang target sa medium sized markets.
