BUSINESS PROFILE

Name change into Bloom from AAI

Active Alliance, Inc. (AAI) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 3, 1999 and listed its shares of stock at the Philippine Stock Exchange on October 17, 2000. AAI is engaged in the manufacture of electronic devices, specifically the assembly of printed circuit boards, which are the backbones of electronic devices. AAI operates within the secured area of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ).

In 2003, the Board of AAI decided to temporarily cease its electronic manufacturing operations because of uncertainty in the electronics industry. On April 8, 2005, majority shareholders of AAI entered into an agreement with Wespac Holdings Inc. for the sale of some 67,820,000 shares of AAI for P130.89 million.

To date, the Company's authorized capital stock stands at Php120 million divided into 120 million shares of unclassified common stock, with a par value of Php1.00 per share. Of these, 80 million shares are issued and outstanding, fully paid, and listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Thanks mod. Smile Good but fishy volume today. Get your pump and dump radars on just in case dumating sa point na mag "percentage" gap up at nahuli kayo sa price action. There will always be someone ready to dump a million shares on the greater fool.
