I lost some money today because I couldn't monitor fluctuation and pull 'sell' triggers. May I ask, who do you use?

Site is up but still not fully operational. They had two whole days to figure this out but I guess no one wanted to work on the weekend. They're suggesting call in for manual orders. I'm betting the phone lines will be inundated again after Friday's sell-off. It'll be a pain to get through.
