No worries folks...REIT was already approved and everyone else is recommending property stocks....all will mitigate the impact of said interest rate hike (just in case it increase)..just rely on the charts...

hmm... sa pag explain ni Miss Emily negative ang magiging impact nang REIT sa property stocks because of an increase in interest rates.. pero sa news parang maganda and dapat na impact o hindi lang binanggit sa news yung mga negative impact..

No, i wanna clear myself, first i said that property stocks may be affected by possible increase in interest rates (negatively), on my second post, however theirs the REIT and those positive recommendations on property stocks (both will have positive effects) which will mitigate the impact of this possible rate increase so i said that you can rely on the charts because market reactions can be seen with price and volume which can be monitored with those charts...so its the market now who would decide who will win, the bear or the bull?
