A simple way to detect bullish/bearish market

A simple way to detect market bullish OR bearish.
sum stocks on RSI 60 zone and sum stocks on RSI 40 zone.
if bullish , RSI 60 line will go up, RSI 40 line will go down.
if bearih , RSI 40 line will go up, RSI 60 line will go down.

use function : addtocomposite
