Fibonacci Retracement: How To
#1
Hello again. As a COL user, I know the Fibonacci Retracement tool is available sa charts. However, I do not know how and where to use it. TIA!

Fibonacci retracement and/or projection tools are standard tools for measuring / identifying potential areas of support and resistance which are based on the Fibonacci values on the metric. Typically, you just need to connect two end points (one high, one low) of a previous completed leg (leg here refers to past prices that form a trend).

Effectively when you connect these two end points, you are assuming that the potential length (or projected final price) of a future leg (one that has not yet occurred) can be measured against the height of the reference leg (your original high low leg). From which you can identify specific prices you expect to find support (when taking the retracement of an up leg) or resistance (for a down leg).

In short, imagine mo may ruler at yung ruler na yun ay i-parti parti mo in terms of percentages. At kada percentage ay support or resistance levels kung saan mo balak bumili or mag benta ayon sa iyong pananaw.

Example MPI

*ngisi*
