Thanks for the explanation sir.
The most important part of your trades and investments shall be ---- what you think of your money, and how the others think about theirs.

Jollibee Foods Corp acquired a controlling stake in the Philippine franchisee of US-based burger chain Burger King.

The P65.5 million purchase gave Jollibee a 54 percent interest in the company, BK Titans Inc., which operates Burger King restaurants in the Philippines through unit Perf Restaurants Inc.

BK Titans bought Perf from Ayala Corp. in 2006 as part of the latter’s decision to spin off non-core businesses.

The Philippine stores of Burger King generate annual revenue of P800 million through its sales of hamburgers, fried chicken, and french fries as its core products, said Jollibee. The products are priced 30 percent higher than Jollibee’s comparable products.

The acquisition will enable Jollibee to have presence in the premium price segment of the hamburger category in the Philippine fast-food market.

"Jollibee expects the premium price segment of the fast-food market to grow appreciably in the years ahead as the Filipino consumer’s standard of living rises from the growing economy," the company said.

The acquisition of Burger King follows the recent acquisition of chicken barbecue chain Mang Inasal by Jollibee as well in its expansion binge.

the key to trading success is to focus on how much money is at risk, not how much money you can make.

trading is simple, but it's not easy. if you want to stay in the business, leave hope at the door, focus on specific setups, and stick to your stops.
