the key to trading success is to focus on how much money is at risk, not how much money you can make.

trading is simple, but it's not easy. if you want to stay in the business, leave hope at the door, focus on specific setups, and stick to your stops.

Another blue that is under-priced compared to other blues.
JGS finally broke out of consolidation last Wednesday and is forming a cup and handle.
Bollinger are still tight and expanding; MACD crossed over upwards the zero line. RSI is not yet overbought.
Immediate target would be 18.50.

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGS)

Recommendation: Hold

A TRADER at First Metro Securities Brokerage Corp. has advised investors to keep shares in JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGS) on hold, saying the price is at its peak.

The stock closed at P27.65 apiece last week, up by 3.36% from Thursday’s P26.75. It was the highest closing price recorded since early February.

But the price could still rise in the next few days. “Fundamental-wise, there looks like a very limited upside. But the technicals point to two upsides in the short term,” said the trader.

Ms. Yuson placed the stock’s support at P26.65 and resistance at P28.60.

Last week, JG Summit Holdings, Inc. reported a 32% growth in net income to P21.59 billion in 2011 from 2010’s P16.32 billion, which was due to gains from the sale of its stake in Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. to Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. — M. J. O. Cantilero
