BUSINESS PROFILE

Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. (ICTV) was originally incorporated on June 5, 1996 as MF Schroder & Co., Inc. to engage in the purchase and sale of securities. In January 2002, the Company was renamed Cashrounds, Inc. with the primary purpose to engage in the business of securities brokerage through the use of information technology. On September 19, 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in the Company's corporate name to its present one. Through the efforts of IMX Broadband, Inc., a certificate of registration as a value added service provider and voice over internet protocol provider (VOIP) was issued on March 10, 2006 by the National Telecommunications Commission to ICTV. The registration allowed ICTV to operate and maintain VOIP services in all cities and municipalities nationwide.

On July 24, 2008, SEC approved the change in ICTV's primary purpose into telecommunications, media (except mass media), and technology. Its new primary purpose covers the business of providing telecommunications, media, and information technology products and services. These include telecommunications value-added service (VAS) through companies duly licensed to engage in wired and wireless, fixed and mobile communications; software and hardware technology, business process outsourcing, call center and other information technology applications; digital media and other media except mass media; as well as activities directly or indirectly connected to these.

In the last four months of 2010, ICTV entered into agreement for the purchase of a 50% equity interest in three separate companies, namely, Softrigger Interactive, Inc., which is an IT solutions and services provider with expertise in architecture and planning technology consulting, and enterprise project management; Holy Cow Animation, Inc., which is engaged in the business of providing computerized animation services for film and/or television; and Softweb Consulting, Inc., which offers IT consulting services and reseller of software and hardware and other related products.

On March 17, 2011, the Board confirmed the establishment of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries named J-Span IT Services in Tokyo, Japan and iResource Consulting International, Inc. in Makati City, Philippines.

Thanks sir. Yung same scenario na napansin namin dati ni abudance boy sa BSC, naaamoy ko dito sa stuck na ito. It could be nothing, pero guni-guni ko, someone is preparing for a play. Highly speculative ito, so definitely no buy recos coming from me. Just sharing my observations sa mahilig sa spec plays. Smile

Hehe, para naman kung may mga newbie na balak mag-laro ng speculative stock, at least dito hindi pa nakakalipad. Besides, may fundamental play involved. Para sa akin, the greatest speculators hindi na kailangan maghintay ng trend sa price action, imbestiga bago pa magsimula yung laro.

Just saw that ATR Kim Eng bought some.
