Incorporated on March 1, 2000, Pancake House, Inc. (PCKH) is principally engaged in the development, operation, and franchising of a casual dining chain of restaurants under the trade name "Pancake House". In addition, either directly or through subsidiaries, the Company also owns and operates various other restaurant brands, namely "Dencio's", "Kabisera ng Dencio's", "Teriyaki Boy", "Singkit", "Sizzlin' Pepper Steak", and "Le Coeur De France". The ultimate parent company of the PCKH is Pancake House Holdings, Inc.


PCKH expanded its restaurant operations to 171 outlets as of December 31, 2010, with the outlets strategically located within Metro Manila and other key cities in the Philippines.
