BUSINESS PROFILE

Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corporation (CHIPS) was incorporated on February 10, 2011 as a holding company of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cirtek Electronics Corporation and Cirtek Electronics International Corporation. Both subsidiaries are engaged in various services related to the assembly and testing of semiconductor devices.

CHIPS is an independent full service solutions provider for subcontract manufacturing of semiconductor devices. The Company provides turnkey solutions that include package design and development, water probing, wafer back grinding, assembly and packaging, final testing of semiconductor devices, and delivery and shipment of its customers' end and users. The Company's products cover a wide range of applications and industries, including communications, consumer electronics, power devices, computing, automotive and industrial. CHIPS' main products include protection products, light sensors, real time clock, voltage control oscillators, electronic relays and power management devices

In the third quarter of 2011, the Cirtek Group will embark on a three-year expansion program to increase business and to build on its customer base. The expansion program will entail the construction of a third building at its current manufacturing complex in Binan, Laguna. In line with the expansion, the Company plans to acquire Assembly Equipment as Mold Press, Tesec Tester, ASM Twin Egle, TMT Tester and Low Power Scope, for the Product Division. The new equipment will allow the Company to accept additional volume orders from existing and new product and is expected to double current production capacity.
