salamat ulit and hoping to be educated further

ngek diba case to case basis ang disclosures? pero usually, after ng disclosure, tumataas ng ilang oras, tapos bentahan na. sell on news ika nga. usually kasi days before the disclosure, tumataas na ang price in anticipation ng good news (kung good news). kung bad news naman, malalaman mo yan kagad. di ka pa tapos magbasa, -5% na sa tape.
buy high, sell higher!

"when it comes to trading, i'm just barely smart enough to realize that i'm a total idiot. i might be considered stupid, but on the intelligence scale, it puts me comfortably ahead of all the dumber people who thinks they're better than me."

More important than the numbers is your comprehension skills. Chew on each word well. Wrong comprehension can cost you.

Ano pong type ng disclosures ang normally signal to buy?

Anything value added sa company. New money (bonds, IPO, SRO etc.), new projects, recovery from loss, good income, dividends etc. Remember that insiders will always know before you. So anticipate and not react.

Ano pong type ng disclosures ang huhummm?

Uuuummmm... Yung mga explanation ng stocks na nag ceiling. haha Favorite ko yung nagceiling ang VITA. hahaha

Ano pong type ng disclosures nagpapaisip-isip sa inyo?

Yung sa PWR and BHI, and anything that has too much words and more than 1 page. hehe

salamat ulit and hoping to be educated further

Isnt SRO negative because of share dilution? Ppl with shares but cant afford to buy the whole entitlement will sell some of their existing shares to control their exposure to the stock in their portfolio.

I think case to case basis ang perception sa SRO. Example FGEN's 2009 sro was received favorably, but recent tsismis of LC sro is viewed negatively. Generally the factors that will influence public acceptance is the pricing, #shares vs outstanding, how they plan to spend the proceeds.

Share buyback programs are also positive. It means the company is very confident of its future prospects that it is willing to buy its own shares at current levels.

Me, I look for 23-B disclosures. These are the insider buying or selling data that is a must if you want to know what the insiders are doing with their stock holdings.
