Philippine H2O Ventures Corp. (H2O) was incorporated as Calapan Equity Ventures, Inc. on January 30, 2009, primarily as an investment holding company. The Company was initially a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jolliville Holdings Corporation (JOH) until property dividends were distributed to shareholders of JOH

On December 23, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of H2O changing its name to Calapan Ventures, Inc. and its primary purpose from a holding company to one that is engaged in the business of trading. However, on October 9, 2013, H2O ceased its trading business activity. Subsequently in 2014, H2O changed its corporate name and stock symbol to the present one.

The Company conducts its water business activities mainly through its subsidiaries, namely, Calapan Waterworks Corporation; and Metro Agoo Waterworks Inc. H2O indirectly owns 39.87% of Nation Water Corporation, which is a pre-operating company that was registered with the SEC on November 13, 2014.

As of December 31, 2016, the water supply system serves 22 urban barangays and 13 adjoining rural barangays. The total number of household connections is now at 13,384 from the previous year’s 11,788. It currently serves 12,648 residential and 736 commercial clients.

the key to trading success is to focus on how much money is at risk, not how much money you can make.

trading is simple, but it's not easy. if you want to stay in the business, leave hope at the door, focus on specific setups, and stick to your stops.

That will depend on price action if you want to buy or not...the recent IPO Cirtek...was also oversubscribed so there was a huge gap up...though its not advisable to chase esp during a huge gap up...try to understand the movements in the first 30 mins when its tradeable.. based on those movements you can decide...no need to buy at the open Big Grin
