Got it late last night. Mukhang off and on ang site.

I just want to ask some questions regarding DCF analysis for banks such as EWB. When computing for their WACCs, what liabilities do you consider under debt? Retail banks usually have high amount of Savings and Demand deposits, would they weigh in and contribute to the bank's cost of capital?

i think tama...try mo basahin yung prospectus nila. ang 2011 year-end value nila is around 12-13 yata if i am not mistaken.
