Pano ba pag ganito na ipo palang mga bossing.

Halimbawa bumili ako ng 10000 shares so that means na 10000pesos yun di ba.

mahirap talaga kapag walang inside info or hindi tayo accountant.

sana merong tayong price per MT in those years para matanggal ang other extra and fixed expenses that affects net income. anyways, hindsight is always clearer than foresight about price movements after IPO.

there are overheads that is always there no matter the amount produce. that is evident in 2010 and 2011. the expenses are almost the same but the net income is 50% more. take note: the production increase was only 2.4%.

pero, knowing the immaturity of our market, (especially mining and oil), i would throw FA and TA when there are speculations.

our market is driven by emotions and tsismis. (tsismoso ang pinoy talaga)

other questions pa: like questions of how many years can it recover the investments.

i would assume first few years, losing siguro eto.

style ng COL yan.
huwag magalit COL sa akin a.. haha..

well. sympre ang reasoning nila. to make everyone happy/participate in the IPO.. allocate to as many as possible.

but lumalabas win din yan for them.
at 1000 shares x P1... P1,000 lang yun.
so meron sila minimum commission na P20 pag nagsell lahat ng board lot clients..

which in that case they stand to "earn" more..

compute compute:

assume ang allocation per broker is 1m shares.
col has 1,000 clients. and therefore to make everyone happy. 1,000 shares/client.

at 1000 shares/client, automatic fee diyan is P20/client commission kasi falls below minimum, at P20/client x 1000 clients, kita nila P20k

if for example they chose to forego other clients' allocation and gave out 10,000 shares each for 100 'select' clients, then the comm will be as such.

10,000 x P1 x .0025 : P25/client x 100 clients : P2,500 lang ang possible commission! nut

gets nyo point ko? hihihi..

wag po magalit COL a.. friend ko kayo hehe. i know you are looking after the welfare of your clients kaya allocate as much board lots as possible diba, para happy lahat... at least... may allocation... diba Big Grin
pero matalino kayo sa ginagawa nyo.. ewan ko kung nagkataon lng hehe.
